Mariola Bidzan works as full professor at the Institute of Psychology of the University of Gdańsk. Since 2011 till 31.08.2020 she is Director of Institute Psychology. The Chair of the Division of Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology. Director & Lecturer of the post-graduate programs Clinical Psychology (specialization) and Psychological Diagnosis at the University of Gdansk. Her research interest focus on clinical, health, reproductive psychology as well as medical neuropsychology.

She works as a practitioner (clinical psychologist). Since 1987 licensed as a clinical psychologist by the Minister of Health. She has an enormous network of contacts with practitioners and scientists worldwide while being an active member of several national & international research associations.

She participated actively in scientific meetings and conferences, reading plenary and session papers, and displaying posters at many international and national conferences and she has published 6 monographs and 192 articles.
